Certified Pilates Instructor

Pilates Stretches and lengthens what muscles are too short while at the same time strengthens what muscles are weak. Special attention is given to the core abdominal muscles and low back area.

Kathy has her mat certification with Kelly Kane and the Kane School in New York and my Reformer education with The Physical Mind Institute based out of New York.
