Since being introduced to barre and Pilates classes with Kathy McCready and Joan Stefans, I have seen a steady and marked improvement in my posture and overall fitness and well-being. Before starting barre and Pilates, I had hip pain, shoulder pain and recurring tennis elbow. These problems have disappeared and I owe it all to Kathy and Joan. I’ll never forget the time I sat in the bleachers for my daughter’s college swim meet and realized my new found core strength was allowing me to easily sit up straight, for hours! I wanted to make an announcement!  Thank you, Providence, you have literally changed my life!
