Barre Intensity Combined

Barre Intensity® combines attributes of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training.

Barre Intensity® incorporates small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that works the upper and lower body to make every minute count. The result is a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished. The class includes a barre, hand weights and additional props such as a ball, loop band and gliders sprinkled in throughout class.
