Yoga Combined

Yoga is the union of the Body, Mind, and Spirit

Although yoga has been practiced for thousands of years, it has never been more popular than it is today. It allows the individual's mind to zero into one's breath and focus on creating a flow through the different asanas, building strength, agility, balance, and flexibility. All the attributes of a body aging well.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga offers the time to restore, replenish, and rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit. Restorative Yoga is a therapeutic style using props to support the body in Yoga poses and encouraging deep relaxation. The class consists of gentle warm ups, passive poses held for a longer duration, Yoga nidra (yogic sleep), and meditation. Music and aromatherapy is used to enhance the experience, provoking a total sense of letting go. During this practice, our nervous system shifts to relieve the effects of negative stress encountered during daily life. Appropriate for all levels.

Aroma Flow Yoga

Aroma Flow Like Yoga, essential oils are thousands of years old. Early yogis prized these oils 'Attars' for their ability to calm the mind and enhance meditation. When paired with Yoga, pure-grade essential oils can enhance and deepen your practice.

Class will begin with a short centering exercise. From there, you will be lead through a sequence of asanas with gentle pauses for essential oil applications, concluding the session with blissful relaxation and meditation.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga A Vinyasa - meaning to move - Yoga class is a traditional class that links the Yoga postures (asanas) to breath, and breath to motion. The Yoga postures are designed to enhance flexibility and improve cardiovascular endurance while strengthening and toning one's body. This class will be invigorating as well as a greatly relaxing experience.
